Our trained staff understands the needs of the elderly and disabled persons, enabling them to provide your family with the best possible care.
Our Staff.
Our staff goes through a rigorous basic training which includes criminal background checks, competency courses, and client privacy education. Rhema Caregivers are ALL bonded employees which provide you with an added protection. Bonding guarantees financial reimbursement to customers that suffer a loss because of their actions.
Accreditation.
Currently, Rhema Caregivers Incorporated is applying and following the guidelines required to becoming a C.H.A.P. certified organization. Many companies in the non-medical care field are not accredited simply because it is not mandated by the state. Live-Scan Background Checks
To raise the standard one step higher, Rhema Caregivers is requiring that all applicants and employees have a copy of a recent government issued live scan background check. We will still be using intelius online background checking service to ensure that our clients are in safe hands.
